The New Kettlemans Loyalty Program

Our new rewards system was built to give back to the people who matter most, our guests.

Every time you order through the app or scan your barcode in-store, you earn 10 points for every $1 spent. As your points grow, you unlock new tiers of rewards, from simple treats to full meals.

New Tier Levels:

500 Points – Toasted bagel, coffee, or latke
800 Points – Bagel with cream cheese, jam, or combo upgrade
1,200 Points – Egg & cheese sandwich, any pastry, small salad
1,600 Points – Breakfast bagel sandwich, bagel dog, large salad
1,800 Points – Signature sandwiches, dozen bagels, or retail cream cheese

This new structure lets you redeem your points for real menu items instead of just dollar discounts. And to thank you for your loyalty, we’ve increased everyone’s migrated points by 25% — so you’re starting ahead.

Reward is valid for 48 hours from the time it’s issued
