How much are my points worth?
For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you’ll earn 10 points. Redeem your points for FREE rewards—like any of our fresh-baked bagels or a hot coffee—starting at just 500 points! Start earning today and treat yourself to your Kettlemans favourites.
Do my points expire?
At Kettlemans, your points are yours to enjoy, but only for a while. Unredeemed points will automatically expire 6 months after you earn them. That’s plenty of time to save up and treat yourself to something delicious!
How do I redeem my reward?
You can redeem your reward in two ways:
- Through the app: Place your order and select the reward you’d like to redeem at checkout.
- In-store: Let our team at the register know you’d like to use a reward, and they’ll apply it to your order for you.
Can I redeem a reward and earn points in the same order?
For every dollar you spend on eligible menu items, you’ll earn 10 points. Yes, that includes everything you order, even when you’re redeeming a reward.
Can I redeem more than 1 reward in the same order?
You cannot redeem more than 1 reward in the same order.
